Yellow Hardy
We have many varieties of yellow Hardy water lilies. Just a few we carry are the following:
‘Chromatella‘- It only needs 3 – 4 hours of sunshine per day to flower. A great choice for the shaded pond. Medium sized, slightly scented hardy in zones 4-11
Mexicana -The lovely flowers are open from midday to late afternoon. When the plants are crowded, the leaves may rise above the water. The plant was first discovered in Mexico, It is also known as the Sun-lotus or Banana Water-lily.
Sunrise- makes a beautiful addition to any pond or water garden. Features giant canary yellow blossoms. Petals are long, narrow and curve slightly inward. Leaves are dark green. Flower shape is star-like. Very slight fragrance.
